Artwork and Design

Mills Display has full facilities for Artwork and Product Design. Our sales team will be pleased to discuss your requirements and if appropriate will be able to provide a prototype at a nominal charge.

Plastic Fabrication

We have extensive equipment and processes for cutting, bending, shaping and assembly of a variety of plastic substrates such as acrylic, PVC, PETG, Hi Impact Polystyrene etc. Display stands, card and brochure holders, catalogue dispensers and a variety of display products can be manufactured effectively and economically using these fabrication processes.

Screen-printing and Hot Stamping

Mills Display has modern equipment for printing and hot stamping on most surfaces; in particular plastic products. Signage, name badges, brochure holders, shopping baskets, hang-sell strips and a host of other products can be permanently and durably custom-printed with information and/or company logos for a nominal charge.

Engraving

Laminated plastic sheet can be cut to size and individually engraved as required. This is ideal for individual names on badges and nameplates, food ticketing, and signage.

Secondary Processes

In addition, Mills Display are able to cut products to size, pack and assemble different products into retail packs or kits for in-store display use. Products can also be labelled to your requirements.
