  • To Order
    • You may submit an order by phone or by faxing or posting the Order Form. Please phone our office if you have any queries in relation to completing the order form.
    • You requirements will be processed quickly and efficiently and you will be advised of any product delays.
    • Stock products are supplied in pack multiples.
  • Payment Methods
    • Full payment for your order is required before despatch or collection of goods unless credit account facilities have had prior approval.
    • The total value of your order including delivery, freight and handling may be obtained by contacting our office.
    • For your convenience Mills Display accept all major credit cards. Credit card purchases are subject to $20.00 minimum value and are acceptable at time of invoice only (not for settlement of credit accounts).

  • GST
    • GST is payable on all products and services.
    • GST is shown separately on each invoice.
  • Products & Prices
    • Mills Display reserves the right to change, improve or delete any products without prior notification. Price changes are kept to a minimum but may be applied without prior notification.
    • Any discrepancies between prices on orders and supply prices will be notified by Mills Display prior to shipment.
  • Delivery & Handling
    • The customer is responsible for all freight costs unless otherwise stated.
    • Despatch is normally by receipted post or common carrier.
    • Mills Display takes every precaution in packing and despatching your order but accepts no responsibility for goods damaged in shipment.
    • The customer has the option of arranging for collection of the ordered goods with alternative freighting services.
  • Returned Goods
    • The customer must notify Mills Display in writing within 5 days of receipt of an order of the intention to return goods.
    • Goods returned without written notification will not be accepted and must be paid for in full by the customer.
    • Please take care in placing your order as your return may be refused without prior approval and a 20% restocking fee will be applied on all returns supplied as ordered.
    • No credit will be allowed on freight and handling charges.
  • Retention of Title
    • Title to the goods supplied is retained by Mills Display Pty Ltd and will pass to the purchaser only at such time when the payment for those goods is received in full.
